- Provide scheduling support for executives, managing competing priorities and coordinating complex calendars.
- Take ownership of daily office management, ensuring smooth operations with minimal supervision.
- Prepare agenda notes and organize key materials for meetings.
- Step in to cover administrative tasks during vacations to ensure continuity.
- Execute general administrative responsibilities, including document preparation, correspondence, and data management.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities with agility and a problem-solving mindset.
- Take a "how can I help?" approach, actively supporting the team and executives.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and internal systems efficiently.
- Work with government, public sector, or construction industry experience preferred.
- Bring at least 2-5 years of experience in executive support or senior office administration.
