Cooperative Designer - Civil Engineering

Municipal and Infrastructure Planning Projects

We're looking for a talented Cooperative Designer to join our team and contribute to the end-to-end design process for various municipal and infrastructure planning projects using Civil 3D. As a key member of our design team, you'll participate in full-service design of Civil/Municipal engineering projects, including:
• Storm water management
• Site grading
• Sanitary sewer and water distribution system design

Key Responsibilities

Assist with contract documents for project tendering and execute project design drawings

Prepare storm water management quantity and quality calculations

Coordinate design with consultant teams, including electrical engineers, traffic consultants, environmental engineers, and geotechnical engineers

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Enrollment in a Civil Engineering degree program from an accredited institution
• Relevant internships or coop experience (considered an asset)
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
