About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing support to project management office, engineering, operations, and operations support service functions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing support to project management office, engineering, operations, and operations support service functions">
• Collaborating with others in the effective coordination of short and long-term planning and scheduling activities">
• Utilizing designated scheduling system to develop and implement a series of master schedules">
• Planning, organizing, and delivering critical path schedules for projects and project proposals">
• Maintaining schedules, rebalancing resource/work requirements, anticipating peaks and emergencies, and making plans for contingencies">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completion of recognized post-secondary Business Diploma/Technical Diploma or equivalent in a related and applicable discipline">
• Two to Four years experience in resourcing and/or project management services">
• Knowledge of resourcing and/or project management services and processes">
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office">
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling project software">
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing">
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work">
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve problems">
• Demonstrated ability to work within demanding work schedules">
• Valid BC Driver's License">
