School Delivery Driver

**Full-Time - Monday to Friday**:
**Reports to: Educational Services Division Manager**:
The Educational Services Division at Cosmo Music is a leader in promoting music education. Our team’s mission is to become an indispensable partner to school music educators across Canada in building healthy, flourishing music programs by providing comprehensive, convenient, and effective service solutions.

In support of our Educational Services Division, Cosmo Music is seeking a driver to make deliveries of musical instruments to and from schools.

**Scope of Responsibilities and Key Deliverables**:

- Loading instruments into a Cosmo Music delivery vehicle, as outlined in delivery paperwork
- Navigating and driving to various school sites in the Greater Toronto Area and extensive surrounding area, following a predetermined delivery schedule
- Carrying instruments from vehicle to school office and/or school music room
- Interacting and communicating effectively with school staff regarding items being delivered and/or picked up
- Reviewing packing slips with customers and attaining the required signatures for all deliveries
- Pick up instruments being returned and/or coming in for repair
- Completing product return forms, instrument repair tags and computer systems entry
- Unloading returned instruments from vehicle into the designated areas in the warehouse
- Submitting the completed/signed delivery paperwork
- Ensure a great customer experience
- Other tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Clean driving record
- Personable, reliable, diligent, and able to present themselves in a professional manner
- Ability to complete required paperwork and computer systems entry accurately
- Ability to lift and carry musical instruments and other goods to and from vehicle
- Comfortable navigating and driving in a variety of traffic and weather conditions in the Greater Toronto Area and extensive surrounding area
- Ability to follow a delivery schedule efficiently and effectively to complete each route within a reasonable period
