**SDR Distribution Services is looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team**
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Manage the day-to-day customer service, administrative and operational relationship with the client
- Willingness to learn and dig deep to understand operational processes. You will bridge the gap with client requests by demonstrating an ability to adapt and pivot as necessary.
- Ensure all shipments received from our suppliers are received into our inventory systems (Manhattan Scale) and the putaway of SKUS is setup.
- Booking delivery appointments with carriers and clients.
- Ensure all relevant packing slips/ documentation is correct.
- Waves orders and organizes workflow based on Client shipping plan
- Makes sure all orders are ready for shipping
- Makes sure inventory (Cycle Counts) are performed and variances investigated with client
**Qualifications, Education and Experience Required**:
- A minimum High School diploma is required
- Must have experience working in a warehouse environment in a Customer Service capacity
- 2-3 years of related administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational skills are crucial for this position
- Knowledge and experience using RF scanners an asset
- You can handle many tasks at the same time and meet deadlines, while keeping cool
- You’re approachable, positive, and enthusiastic
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook
- You can easily learn other software and systems
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with all levels of staff
- Keen eye for detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
