**The Best Fit**:
- You have a post-secondary degree/diploma with a Human Resources focus, or related discipline
- You have 2-5 years’ relevant work experience in a Human Resources, Recruitment and/or Administration role
- You have a professional demeanor and understand that confidentiality is a must
- You have empathy and openness, strong listening skills, responsiveness, are solutions focused, and are results driven
- You have a strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- You have experience with an ATS, a HRIS, and other HR platforms (Taleo, HCM, Kronos, Perceptyx, etc.)
- You have excellent computer skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office
- You can travel regularly throughout the GTA
- You are fluent in English
- You have experience working in a federally regulated business (asset)
- You can communicate fluently, both written and orally in French (asset)
- You have a CPHR designation or equivalent (asset)
**The Responsibilities**:
- Provide hands-on support to employees and managers in a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and health and wellness
- Maintain paper and electronic employee files, and process employee lifecycle changes
- Primary liaison with our Payroll and Benefits, and Human Resources Shared Services teams
- Provide support to the recruiting teams and assist business leaders with the onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate disability claims and the return-to-work process to promote early and safe return to work
- Assist in the implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives and ensure alignment throughout your client groups over multiple sites
- Prepare and deliver employee communication, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensuring regular physical HR presence and support in a 24/7 operation
