Seasonal Sales and Merchandise Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Floral Merchandiser. This is a seasonal opportunity that requires flexibility and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with growers to merchandise plant programs in large retailers on a contract basis. You will need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a strong understanding of floral or plant maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Locating and placing incoming orders on the sales floor
• Managing inventory counts and pricing
• Providing maintenance on all items in the retail locations

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

• Bend, lift, push, and pull items 20-50lbs during the course of your shift
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Have floral or plant maintenance knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service skills
• Be personable and build strong relationships
• Learn new information quickly
• Multitask and efficiently manage time
• Troubleshoot and solve problems
• Have merchandising or retail experience

A cell phone with data for online reporting is required for this position.
