We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Supermarket Assistants in Waitrose & Partners stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves remain full and products are in the right place at the right time for our customers.
• Fulfilling Online Orders: Prepare customer orders for delivery by our drivers.
• Wastage Reduction: Follow product due diligence and markdowns to reduce waste.
• Team Support: Assist with checkout support, Click & Collect orders, and on-demand customer orders.
• Maintenance: Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.

Desirable Skills:

• Customer-facing experience welcomed.
• Up-to-date knowledge of food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the branch.

Working Hours: 18.5 hours per week over 2 nights, with a 4-week rota including weekends, starting at 20:15 and finishing at 06:30.
