Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled Patient Care Coordinators to join our team in the Cambridge area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our patients in their homes and communities.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and respite care.
• Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to patients.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, using proper food preparation and hygiene practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license and vehicle.
• A valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program.
• Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
