Cleaning Supervisor

In beBee Professionals, we are hiring an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Canada. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the cleaning staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance.
• Procure and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services.
Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Able to multitask and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
