About the Position:

The New Hope Kids Lead is responsible for leading the Sunday morning ministries, including Nursery, Kids Church, and Registration. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for family ministry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the NHK curriculum in collaboration with the Family Pastor.">
• Manage the execution, facilitation, and organization of all New Hope Kids Sunday programs.">
• Mentor and disciple volunteer leaders, providing guidance and support.">
• Coordinate with Leaders Pub and the Family Pastor to develop and equip teaching teams.">

Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced candidate with 2+ years of Family Ministry experience, preferably in teaching and school settings. Post-secondary education in Bible College or Seminary is preferred, along with BEd and/or OCT qualifications.
