The Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team! As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members and inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food.

You'll work closely with our Restaurant General Managers to maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment, participate in local events, and uphold our cleanliness methodology. You'll also have the opportunity to earn and learn, flexibility, and a safe and inclusive work environment.

Your Vibe and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have previous experience working in food service or retail as a manager. You'll also need to be able to lead by example, be accountable, and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team.
