We’re currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to support our daily operations.

👷 About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of bookkeeping and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using accounting and CRM software (LMN and QuickBooks);
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries professionally and promptly;
  • Schedule client calls, manage calendars, and assist with job documentation;
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable;
  • Generate and send invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding balances;
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking;
  • Prepare weekly financial reports for management;
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files;
  • Support project managers and field teams with administrative needs;
  • Order supplies and manage vendor accounts; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • ✅ You Are:
    • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting, or admin support (bonus if it's within a fast-paced service industry);
    • Comfortable using QuickBooks (or similar accounting software);
    • Tech-savvy with strong Google Workspace and computer skills;
    • Exceptionally organized — you love clean systems and tidy records;
    • A detail hawk — nothing slips past you;
    • A multitasking pro who works well independently and keeps things moving; and
    • Bonus: You've worked in construction, landscaping, or trades.
