About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced leader to oversee our cleaning team in Canada. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the cleaning team, prioritizing tasks and allocating duties effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to new team members, promoting best practices and quality control.
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues related to cleaning services.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role, preferably with a strong track record of leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
