About the Role: The Special Needs Ministry Program Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and services for individuals with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with special needs and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement programs and services for individuals with special needs
2. Lead a team of staff and volunteers to provide support and care for individuals with special needs
3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and programs
4. Deliver training sessions on disability awareness and inclusion practices

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with special needs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
