Youth Pastor High School Leader

Richmond Hill Christian Community Church is a Purpose-Driven, multi-site campus church that carries out the five purposes of the New Testament Church: Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry, and Mission.

We are a multi-cultural, multigenerational, and multi-lingual (3M) evangelical church which ministers in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor High School Leader to join our team.
• This role will oversee the high school ministry, providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and a passion for youth ministry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive high school ministry strategy.
• Leveraging effective communication techniques to engage students and promote spiritual growth.
• Mentoring and discipling high school students to help them grow in their faith.
• Collaborating with other ministry leaders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to student ministry.
• Evaluating and adjusting the high school ministry program as needed to meet the changing needs of students.
