CLUB ATTENDANT

Role Summary:

The Club Attendant plays a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for all Members at Goodlife Fitness. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for ensuring the Club is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Club Readiness:
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Manage towel supplies, restocking as needed to meet Member demand.
• Maintain inventory of consumable supplies, including paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner.
• Empty garbage cans regularly to maintain a clean environment.
• Ensure changerooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use.
• Maintain surfaces based on seasonal needs.
• Unload supplies, stock shelves, and complete regular pool/whirlpool checks (where applicable).
• Maintain tanning room and bed cleanliness.
• Perform other cleaning duties as required.

Member Experience:
• Acknowledge and greet Members while carrying out duties.
• Pose a positive and approachable demeanor at all times.
• Assist Members with questions, directing them to the appropriate person as necessary.
• Participate in learning and attend meetings as required.
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification
• Excellent teamwork skills, always willing to lend a hand.
• Action-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
• Effective time management, prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity.
• Approachable, warm, and gracious, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $17.20 - $17.20
