Hiring: Skilled Local Laborers
Location: Sudbury, Ontario
Pay: $25 - $28/hr + OT after 44hrs
Schedule: 7/7 with 8-12hr shifts
Weekly pay each Friday
The company provides benefits after 30 days of employment
We are looking for experienced skilled laborers with a background in the industrial or mining sectors. Ideal candidates will have to be LOCAL to Sudbury within 1 hour range from the city. The position requires the candidate to safely perform labor tasks including but not limited to, confined space entry, working in vessels or tanks, rigging in and out, working at heights, high pressure water blasting and assisting with job site preparation.
Key Requirements in the candidate:
Licensing:
o Class G or full class 5 license minimum
o Must be able to provide a clean drivers abstract
Certifications & Skills:
o Oilfield, industrial services or mining experience (Required).
o Mechanically inclined – must be able to troubleshoot and perform minor roadside repairs would be considered an asset.
o Experience with laborer intensive tasks, using hand tools (shovel, rake, vacuum hose and pressure washer)
o Must be willing to work in confined spaces and at heights
o Previous experience with vacuum trucks or high-pressure units is an asset
