Youth Ministry Coordinator

At Richmond Hill Christian Community Church, we are a multi-site campus church that prioritizes the five purposes of the New Testament Church: Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry, and Mission. Our Purpose-Driven approach fosters a culture of spiritual growth, community engagement, and service to others.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Pastor High School to join our team at Richmond Hill Christian Community Church (RHCCC). As a key member of our pastoral staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote spiritual growth, character development, and discipleship among high school students.

In this role, you will work closely with our youth ministry team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where students can explore their faith, build meaningful relationships, and develop essential life skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by high school students in today's society.

• Develop and implement engaging youth programs that align with the church's mission and values;
• Provide pastoral care and support to high school students, including one-on-one mentoring and small group leadership;
• Collaborate with other ministry teams to integrate youth programs into the broader life of the church;
• Recruit and train volunteers to support youth ministry initiatives;
• Maintain accurate records and reports on youth ministry activities and outcomes.
