Merchandise Coordinator

About the Job:

As a Plant Program Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising plant programs in large retailers within a designated region.

You will travel to several retail locations within your region to locate incoming orders, ensure they are placed on the sales floor, manage inventory, pricing, and provide maintenance on all items in the retail locations in a designated region.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work varying schedules on different programs & projects during different times of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise plant programs in large retailers within a designated region
• Manage inventory, pricing, and provide maintenance on all items in retail locations
• Locate incoming orders and ensure they are placed on the sales floor
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varying schedules on different programs & projects
• Ability to bend, lift, push and pull items 20-50lbs during the course of your shift
• Floral or plant maintenance knowledge
• Personable and able to build strong relationships
• Keen to learn new information quickly
• Able to multi-task and efficiently manage time
• Troubleshoot and problem-solving ability
• Merchandising, retail, or labor experience
• Ability to travel 45 mins to 1 hr from your home base
• Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting
