Key Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma from a Community College in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Medical.
• Office Administration and/or Grade 12 Diploma with related prior healthcare experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Precise attention to detail and efficiency in data entry and scheduling.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
