Job Overview:

The Host is responsible for delivering exceptional customer and membership services, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for members, associates, and prospective members.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and welcoming interactions with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Membership Sales and Management: Sell and promote memberships, assist with membership management, and provide education on automated options and processes.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, WHMIS certification, First Aid and CPR-A & AED certification.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, remain calm in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
