Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Position

1. Develop and maintain financial models to assess current and future performance across various scenarios, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
2. Create and deliver quarterly and annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports across business functions.
3. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
4. Manage short- and long-term corporate cash flow projections.
5. Collaborate with the accounting team on monthly variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
6. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to operational and financial leadership.
7. Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and help teams achieve financial goals.
8. Improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
9. Conduct market research on economic and real estate trends.
10. Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Real estate experience is an asset.
• CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills.
