Job Description:

As a Co-op Civil Engineer - Design Role, you will assist in the end-to-end design process using Civil 3D for various municipal and infrastructure planning projects. You will participate in the full-service design of Civil/Municipal engineering projects, including storm water management, site grading, sanitary sewer, and water distribution system design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop municipal and infrastructure projects using Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with consultant teams, including electrical engineers, traffic consultants, environmental engineers, and geotechnical engineers.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and contract documents for project tendering.
• Analyze topographic information required for design and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Compile as-built records for design and record drawings.

Required Skills:
• Civil Engineering degree program enrollment from an accredited institution.
• Relevant internships or coop experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
