Plant Merchandiser

Scott Conner Human Capital Solutions is seeking experienced Plant Merchandisers to join our team in a designated region. As a Plant Merchandiser, you will be responsible for traveling to retail locations to merchandise plant programs in large retailers.

In this role, you will work closely with store staff to ensure that plant programs are properly displayed and maintained, managing inventory, pricing, and providing maintenance on all items in the retail locations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and finding solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in merchandising or retail sales, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work independently in a self-managed environment and be comfortable traveling to multiple locations within the city for each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to retail locations to merchandise plant programs
