Seasonal Retail Manager

**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Seasonal Lead Merchandiser to join our team at Scott Conner Human Capital Solutions. This is a seasonal position that operates between April and June, requiring a consistent presence from Monday to Thursday.

**Key Job Functions:**

• Execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead and train a team of seasonal merchandisers to achieve high standards of product display and maintenance.
• Collaborate with garden centre management to oversee product placement and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide ordering feedback as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback to improve merchandising strategies.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, with previous garden centre experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for at least 2 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Intermediate level with apps, technology, and working within reporting portals.
• Passion for gardening and outdoor living.
