Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Records Specialist to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in Sherbrooke. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements:
- You must have proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting.
- You should be proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- You should have strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- You should be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
