Merchandise Team Member

SUCCESSFUL REGIONAL FLORAL MERCHANDISER WANTED FOR SEASONAL POSITION

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Regional Floral Merchandiser. In this role, you will support retail locations within a designated region to merchandise plant programs and provide exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inventory, pricing, and maintaining all items in the retail locations within your designated region
• Locating incoming orders and ensuring they are placed on the sales floor
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing schedules
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, and pull items weighing 20-50 pounds
• Independent work style and self-motivation
• Floral or plant maintenance knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or labor
