**Job Overview**
Midland Transport, a dynamic company with over 50 years in the Transportation industry, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Applications Analyst. Located at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB, this role will be responsible for leveraging technology solutions to improve data exchange with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modernize processes by implementing EDI, API, and file transfers
- Understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure optimal performance
- Enable and maintain data channels between Midland and customers
- Test and support technology enhancements
- Collaborate in a team environment and provide continuous support to customers via phone or email
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary education in Information Technology, B2B Technical Support, Business Administration, or a related field
- Technical aptitude, process orientation, and a natural curiosity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Continuous learning and adaptability, with a focus on acquiring new skills and software applications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and French
- Organizational, analytical, and business savvy approach
