**Job Overview**

Midland Transport, a dynamic company with over 50 years in the Transportation industry, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Applications Analyst. Located at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB, this role will be responsible for leveraging technology solutions to improve data exchange with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modernize processes by implementing EDI, API, and file transfers
• Understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure optimal performance
• Enable and maintain data channels between Midland and customers
• Test and support technology enhancements
• Collaborate in a team environment and provide continuous support to customers via phone or email

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in Information Technology, B2B Technical Support, Business Administration, or a related field
• Technical aptitude, process orientation, and a natural curiosity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous learning and adaptability, with a focus on acquiring new skills and software applications
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and French
• Organizational, analytical, and business savvy approach
